CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & rescheduling The Esthx Studio maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total, and you will forfeit your deposit. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. A new appointment cannot be booked until any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee has been paid. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to safely and properly complete your service. If the appointment must be canceled due to a late arrival, the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Card on File A valid card is required to secure all appointments and will be used to enforce the cancellation and no-show policy when applicable. By booking an appointment with The Esthx Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. I understand that unexpected situations can happen; however, appointment time is limited and reserved exclusively for each client.
